Recording Studio Conditions and Booking Policy


  1. All bookings in our recording studio require advance payment to ensure the availability of our services. The booking is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made.
  2. No refunds will be accepted for bookings once the booking has been confirmed.
  3. Date changes for a booking can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of the recording session. Any changes must be requested by email to [your email address]. After the 48-hour deadline, date changes will not be accepted and the booking will be considered final.
  4. In the event that a client fails to attend a recording session without prior notice or fails to reschedule by the deadline, a charge of €80 will be deducted from the original payment.

Conditions of Delivery

  1. Delivery times for services such as mixing, mastering or beat production will be agreed with the client during the booking process. We are committed to meet these deadlines and deliver the products or services on the agreed date.
  2. Costs associated with physical delivery of products, such as USB sticks or DVDs, will be detailed during the booking process and may vary depending on the customer's location and preferred shipping method.
  3. To ensure safe and effective delivery, we recommend that customers provide accurate shipping information and be available to receive the products at the specified address.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund policies vary depending on the type of service. In general, recording and music production services are non-refundable once they have been completed and delivered to the client. However, in exceptional cases, we will consider refund requests if they are submitted within 7 days of delivery of the service and if there are valid reasons for doing so.
  2. In the case of physical products, such as USB sticks or DVDs, refunds will be processed if the product is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival. Customers must report any problems with physical products within 7 days of receipt.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

  1. By making a booking or purchasing our services, customers automatically agree to these policies and conditions. They will be asked to confirm their agreement during the booking or purchase process.
  2. Any changes or updates to our booking, delivery or refund policies will be posted on this page and will be considered effective from the date of posting.
